When I’m not editing, you’ll usually find me eating meatballs– or at least writing or talking about it. Our family hosts Friday Night Meatballs, a weekly spaghetti dinner that brings a whole range of people to our table for dinner and conversation. I wrote an article about it last year for Serious Eats that went viral, and ever since then I’ve been hearing from people around the world who’ve adopted the idea. I also just learned that the article has been selected for the anthology Best Food Writing 2015, much to my surprise and joy!
